Book Review-Building Leadership Pipeline by Ram Charan, Drotter and Noel

'Building Leadership Pipeline' is one of the best books that I have come across that talks so smooth and simple about building leadership pipeline. The steps though look like very basic but are probably first time so clearly articulated and highlighted. Portraits and blueprints imprint so well on your mind that you start looking at roles like aligned lines within the circles which define job boundaries.

"75% times job not done well is attributed to the Supervisor/Manager" is a watermark statement that will keep Managers on their toes, as leadership does not come easy. It is a whole lot of responsibilities.
